Inside the house we made a small quaint restaurant open only for those staying. Every evening there is a traditional menu. In our restaurant Lucia will prepare Umbrian dishes flavors forgotten, obtained mainly using our products. The company started the project of food self-sufficiency by organic farming certifies to Km 0.
The garden business is sufficient to produce different varieties of vegetables while the 150 olive trees allow to obtain a high-quality oil. Reservations are required in the morning to the evening to ensure the freshness of the products. Among the dishes we serve throughout the year you can enjoy:
